Berlin Bicycle has built its reputation on service since day one. We offer a full range of services from a simple flat repair to custom wheel building, and everything in between. Our staff is experienced in all aspects of bicycle maintenance. All new bicycle purchaces come with one year free maintenance.
We offer Free estimates on all repairs, and we'll have your bike back on the road quickly. Most of the bicycles that come into Berlin Bicycle are repaired and ready to go in 2 - 3 days. Appointments can be made as well to accomodate a busy schedule or a tight deadline.

Aside from individual repairs, Berlin Bicycle offers three levels of Tune-Up:

• Adjusting of shifting and braking systems
• All bearings adjusted
• Drivetrain lubed
• Basic wheel truing
• Basic cleaning
  

• Basic Tune Up
• Frame and drivetrain cleaning
• All drivetrain components are removed
• Parts cleaned and readjusted

• Removal of all parts from frame
• All bearings overhauled with new balls
• All parts cleaned and degreased
• Hubs overhauled and wheels trued
• Parts additional

• ALL BICYCLE SALES ARE FINAL.  IF FOR ANY REASON SPECIAL ARRANGMENTS ARE MADE, A 20% RESTOCKING FEE MAY BE APPLICABLE.

• REFUNDS ARE GIVEN ON PACKAGED ITEMS PURCHASED WITHIN 30 DAYS AND RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL, UNDISTURBED PACKAGING ACCOMPANIED BY ORIGINAL SALES RECIEPT.  ANY ITEM PURCHASED WITHOUT PACKAGING, OR RETURNED WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING, THAT IS UNUSED AND IN NEW CONDITION MAY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.

• SERVICES RENDERED WITHOUT PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT MAY BE SUBJECT TO A LABOR CHARGE AT THE SERVICE LABOR RATE OF $50/HR.

• ALL BICYCLE TEST RIDES ARE AT THE INDIVIDUAL’S OWN RISK

• ALL COMPLETED REPAIRS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 90 DAYS ARE SUBJECT TO A $1/DAY STORAGE FEE THEREAFTER.

• ALL LAYAWAYS CANCELED AFTER 1 YEAR OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

• BICYCLE REPAIR LABOR RATE:  $50/HR

• FIT SERVICES LABOR RATE:  $90/HR

• THIS ESTABLISHEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE.
