Maintenance & Repair Service

Berlin Bicycle has built its reputation on service since day one. We offer a full range of services from a simple flat repair to custom wheel building, and everything in between. Our staff is experienced in all aspects of bicycle maintenance. All new bicycle purchases come with one year free maintenance.
We offer Free estimates on all repairs, and we’ll have your bike back on the road quickly. Most of the bicycles that come into Berlin Bicycle are repaired and ready to go in 2 – 3 days. Appointments can be made as well to accommodate a busy schedule or a tight deadline.

Aside from individual repairs, Berlin Bicycle offers three levels of Tune-Up:

Bicycle Fitting:

Bicycle fit is our biggest concern. We will do all that we can to make you comfortable on your new bike. We carry and stock many different bicycle lines including Terry and Trek WSD (Women Specific Design) series which fit women exceptionally well. For customers who desire a more precise fitting we are equipped with the FIT KIT measuring and fitting system. When fitting you we start from your cleats of your shoes and work our way up to each point where you contact the bike.  Our fitting rate is $90 per hour.

Car Rack Installations:

We are a Yakima dealer.  We carry their roof, trunk, and hitch racks. We can fit almost any car with one of the three systems.  Not only will Yakima racks let you carry your bicycle but also your other outdoor sport equipment and even luggage/cargo.

We also carry some racks from Saris and Thule and can order parts and accessories for them as well.

• ALL BICYCLE SALES ARE FINAL.  IF FOR ANY REASON SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE, A 20% RESTOCKING FEE MAY BE APPLICABLE.

• REFUNDS ARE GIVEN ON PACKAGED ITEMS PURCHASED WITHIN 30 DAYS AND RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL, UNDISTURBED PACKAGING ACCOMPANIED BY ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.  ANY ITEM PURCHASED WITHOUT PACKAGING, OR RETURNED WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING, THAT IS UNUSED AND IN NEW CONDITION MAY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.

• SERVICES RENDERED WITHOUT PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT MAY BE SUBJECT TO A LABOR CHARGE AT THE SERVICE LABOR RATE OF $50/HR.

• ALL BICYCLE TEST RIDES ARE AT THE INDIVIDUAL’S OWN RISK

• ALL COMPLETED REPAIRS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 90 DAYS ARE SUBJECT TO A $1/DAY STORAGE FEE THEREAFTER.

• A BICYCLE LAYAWAY CANCELED AFTER 1 YEAR OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

• BICYCLE REPAIR LABOR RATE:  $50/HR

• FIT SERVICES LABOR RATE:  $90/HR

• THIS ESTABLISHMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE.
